Dose of Nature works with people with mental health problems and the general population, encouraging everyone to connect with nature in order to improve their mental wellbeing.

Young Carers

Young Carers are children and young people under the age of 18 who are taking on practice and/or emotional careing responsibilities normally expected of an adult, and can include anything from cooking, shopping and housework to offering emotional support. Young Carers offers one-to-one mentoring and activities such as workshops, day trips and sports.

The Mix

The Mix is the UK’s leading support service for young people. Young people can access support via The Mix’s online community through their free confidential hotline or their counselling service.
