Carers
Do you have, or are you, a Carer?
A Carer is someone who, without payment, or salary, regularly helps a disabled, ill or frail relative, friend or neighbour.

- A mental illness
- Difficulty seeing or hearing
- Drug related problems
- Other special needs relating to children & older people
Cross Deep Surgery are committed to ensuring all Carers are offered the help and advice they need to support them in their caring role.
If you are a Carer, or think you may be a Carer, please complete the form below or you can speak to one of the reception staff at the practice.
Cross Deep Surgery works closely with our Social Prescribing Team who can also provide support that can have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
