If your GP surgery has given you access to view documents, you can download them to your mobile device or computer.
To download documents, follow the below instructions:
- Go to “Your health”.
- Select your “GP health record”.
- Select the “Document” section.
- Select the document you wish to download.
- Select the “Download” button.
Please note when you download a document, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. If you share your device with others, they may have access to your health documents. We recommend that you restrict who can access your device before downloading documents from your record.
It is not possible to download the entire record from the NHS account.
