At our GP surgery, we believe in transparency about how we use digital systems to support your care. Modern healthcare relies on secure clinical software to help our team work safely, efficiently, and accurately.
It’s important to understand that providing the level of care we strive for requires many people and systems working behind the scenes. From the software that manages appointments and medical records to the teams who maintain these systems, everything works together to help us deliver safe, timely, and effective care to our patients.

AI-supported systems (such as AccuRx Scribe, Heidi Health, and GP Automate) are used to assist clinicians, but all outputs are reviewed and approved by your GP before being added to your record or used in your care.

These systems help us respond more quickly, manage your care safely, and reduce the risk of errors, in line with NHS clinical safety standards, DSPT, DTAC, and CQC guidance.
