You can see your medical records on the NHS app including results and consultations, for full access to your digital records that the practice hold you will need to complete a form to request this and provide photographic ID at the practice to verify your identity.
Currently the NHS app Is limited because patient records are held locally by a patient’s GP and any hospitals they visit.
Please note that not all information from hospital and external healthcare professionals are shared with the practice, and each hospital have their own system for patients to see clinical information from their trusts.
As part of the10-year-stratergy for the NHS, the government said it was pushing ahead with plans to create a single patient record and contract was rewarded to Palantir to create a database joining up individual records kept by local services.

This is used for Kingston Hopsital
Kingston Patient Portal is a secure online system that allows you to look at information from your hospital record, view outpatient appointments, receive messages from you hospital care team and complete forms and questionnaires.
You can currently view appointments, documents, messages, allergies, questionnaires and test results, with plans to include be able to reschedule your appointments.

MyCare Patient Portal
This is used for Ashford and St Peters, St Georges, UCLH,
MyCare is a secure online platform that that enables users to view their hospital appointments and other information from their hospital record, in a similar way to the NHS app and many of the online services offered by GP surgeries.
The benefits of using MyCare include instant access to your information and reduced reliance on paper letters which are easily mislaid. It will also help us to become more environmentally friendly and reduce printing and postage costs, saving the two Trusts a significant amount of money that can be invested in clinical services.

This is used for Royal Brompton Hospital or Harefield Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

My Marsden
The Royal Marsden are taking part in a transformation programme to greatly improve their technology. They have upgraded their electronic patient record system with a new platform called Connect, which will improve their patient care.
As part of the system upgrade, they have introduced a new patient portal called MyMarsden which will transform the way that patients can engage with their services and experience their care.
MyMarsden allows you to access parts of your Royal Marsden healthcare record from your own computer, tablet or mobile phone at any time
