If you need help when we are closed
For non-urgent medical problems which cannot wait until surgery re-opens please ring our Out of Hours service on NHS 111 from a landline or mobile.
In an Emergency you should dial 999.
Physical accessibility
Cross Deep Surgery has automatic opening doors and a lift for access to the first floor for wheelchair and pram access.
There is a disabled toilet and this can also be used by mothers for nappy changing.
For patients who do not speak English we can arrange for an interpreter but kindly let reception know in advance.

We hope that, if you have a problem you will use our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice. Please address your complaint directly to the Practice Manager, Lacy van der Sloot. This however does not affect your right to approach NHS England, if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation.
