Ordering repeat prescriptions

We recommend that you use the NHS App to request you medications this will send your request directly to your doctor to approve.

Alternatively you can use our online request form.

If you are on repeat medications please provide a copy of your repeat prescription slip or a copy of the label that is on you medication box or bottle that states your name, medication, dosage and date.

We recommend you have a review with our pharmacist within the first month of registering. Please allow 3 working days for a prescription request.

We may from time to time request that you have a medication review and/or other examinations this is to ensure that we can provide your medications safely.
