Appointments

Routine appointments

Doctors’ appointments can be booked with a clinician of your choice up to 6 weeks in advance and can be for most medical matters.

There are both male and female doctors and if you have a preference please let reception know when you make your appointment.

If you have a long term condition or an ongoing issue it may be beneficial to see the same GP – please discuss this with our reception team and they will give you all of the options.

Nurse appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance. The nurses can offer appointments for vaccinations, long term condition reviews, cervical screenings, ECG’s and wound care.

Urgent Appointments

Every day we have on the day appointments for acute urgent problems, we also have a Triage doctor available from 2.00 pm – 6.30pm

If you feel you need to be seen by a clinician and you are not able to wait for a routine appointment you will be offered a telephone call from our Triage Doctor. The Doctor will call you back to discuss your needs and offer you the best service for you.

Extended Access

Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a GP, Physicians Associate, Practice Nurse or HCA on weekday mornings, evenings or Saturdays.

Home Visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception on 02088928124 before 10:30.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls.
