Appointments
- We offer a wide range of appointments including face-to-face, telephone and video, and offer these in both our routine and urgent on the day appointments.
- We recommend patients use our online triage tool which can be accessed on the following link https://florey.accurx.com/p/H84039 or our website by selecting E-Consult Service – Online Patient Triage option.
Online Services
- You will automatically be enrolled for patient services which will enable you to book and change appointments, order prescriptions and view results and vaccination history online using one of the online providers, if you would like to opt out of this service please reply with “Opt out” to the message that you received this letter on.
Medication
- If you are on repeat medications please provide a copy of your repeat prescription slip or a copy of the label that is on you medication box or bottle that states your name, medication, dosage and date.
- We recommend you have a review with our pharmacist within the first month of registering. Please allow 3 working days for a prescription request.
