Patient Parking at Cross Deep Surgery

Over the past 4 years the practice has had extensive damage caused to our premises from cars including crashing through a wall into the waiting room and impact to the roof overhang across 6 different occasions both in and outside of our opening hours.

This has come at significant cost to the practice, therefore in order to protect the practice, we installed crash protection barriers. Sadly, these have also now been damaged which has also caused further damage to our driveway paving and tarmac. As a result,

our car park is currently closed for patient parking.

Patients will be required to find alternative parking elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to park prior to any appointments.

There are parking bays on the roadside outside of the practice that can be used by Blue Badge holders.

We have asked the council to assist us in reviewing traffic management around Poulett Gardens and the surgery, including dedicating 1 of the pay and display bays to disabled use only. They advised they are unable to do anything to help.

We are setting up a petition and would urge you to support this to enable a review of the traffic management and parking around the surgery – Details will be shared when available.
