Mental Health Crisis Support – From October 1st 2026

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with support from trained mental health professionals.

The South West London Mental Health Crisis line will no longer operate from 1st October 2026. Calls to this number will direct you to NHS 111.

Children and young people: The CAMHS Crisis Line (020 3228 5980) remails available 9:00am – 11p:00m, outside of these hours call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
