Introduction of the MMRV vaccine

From 1st Jan 2026, there are changes to the UK routine childhood immunisation programme which include the introduction of the MMRV vaccine.

MMRV is a combined vaccine that protects against:

Measles
Mumps
Rubella
Varicella (chickenpox)
