Important Patient Notice – Limited Parking

We would like to remind all patients that parking at Cross Deep Surgery is extremely limited and spaces cannot be guaranteed.

We understand that finding somewhere to park can sometimes be difficult, particularly during busy periods. We therefore strongly advise all patients travelling by car to allow plenty of additional time before their appointment to find suitable parking. Click here for more information on local parking.

Please be aware that patients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointments. Unfortunately, delays caused by difficulties finding parking do not exempt patients from our appointment arrival policy.

If you arrive late due to parking difficulties, we cannot guarantee that the clinician will still be able to see you, and you may be asked to rearrange your appointment.

Where possible, we encourage patients to consider alternative methods of transport or make arrangements to be dropped off.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep appointments running on time for everyone.
