GP Patient Survey 2025 Results – Thank You for Your Feedback

We are delighted to share the results of the latest National GP Patient Survey, which show that Cross Deep Surgery continues to perform above both the ICS and national averages across the majority of questions. The survey also highlights significant improvements in many areas of patient experience, including access to the practice, communication, and the quality of care provided by our team. Patients told us they find it easier to contact us by telephone, use our website and the NHS App, and reported high levels of confidence and trust in our clinicians. We are particularly pleased that so many patients felt listened to, treated with care and respect, and involved in decisions about their care.

We are proud of these results, but we know there is always more we can do. We will continue to listen to patient feedback, work closely with our Patient Participation Group, and review our services to ensure we continue to provide safe, responsive, and patient-centred care.
